It’s amazing what a difference a few weeks can make. If the girls had stayed cookin’ till now we could just mozzy on home in a day or two. But things didn’t work out that way, and that’s okay. God’s timing is perfect. We’re learning about how to trust that more!
Anyway, it was a good day! The girls did well! Gabby had only 1 Brady overnight and NONE today!! The girls got a bath and we got to enjoy some “unplugged” time with them off their monitors once they were clean and sweet smelling! It was really kind of the nurse to let us do that! I had NO IDEA how freeing it would feel just to be able to hold our girls without those aggravating cords! Wow! I thoroughly enjoyed it and it was a nice plus for our day!
This evening my Grandma made us spaghetti and it was really yummy!! She’s the best spaghetti sauce (and meatball) maker ever! And my bro, David, had dinner with us and it was fun to pester him about his opinions on various books. 😉 Ha! He’s a good sport though!
Then after all of that, Stu and I went to see “Man of Steel.” I wasn’t too confident that I’d really enjoy the movie. Based on the previews I’d seen I was less than impressed, but surprisingly I liked it! 🙂 Hey… I can watch more than just chick flicks! (Unless it’s a sports flick, ugh!) 😉 So we had a good evening!
I’m missing my babies! I don’t like to leave them over night, but it would be pointless for me to wear myself out by staying over there all night and watching them sleep. So I’m going to get some rest and let you see some photos. 🙂
Awww, funny face! It always cracks me up the faces they make while sleeping! 🙂
