I’m late on this post because of our weekend. But that’s okay because there is no good news to report. I actually gained back 2 lbs this week. While it wasn’t a surprise, it’s still disappointing. 🙁
I did a terrible job of working out last week, which is probably the biggest factor in the scale number reversal. So I’ve recommitted to doing a better job THIS week!! I’m aware that slump weeks are going to be part of the process, but am still encouraged that I can get back up and keep making progress. Lets hope so anyway.
So there ya go. This week was a fail, but next weigh in will be different I’m sure!
