I would drink salsa…

…if I thought it would help bring this “little” bundle out! 🙂 It’s humorous if you get online and “look” for ways to make labor happen. You’ll find people who swear up and down that spicy food does the trick. But then there will be a zillion comments about how that is absolutely not the case, and then they will pipe up with their own fail-proof method. Ha ha ha!! I even found some Italian restaurant somewhere that claims that it’s eggplant parmesan is a sure-fire labor inducer and that over 300 pregnant women have gone into labor within 48 hours of eating it! 🙂

I’m pretty sure that all spicy food does for me at this stage is give me massive heart burn, so I won’t be trying the salsa. Nor will I EVER try castor oil!! That sounds like one of the most awful ways to get labor started. Ugh! Can’t imagine. So in the mean time while I oh-so-patiently wait *cough cough* I am trying walking, sitting/bouncing on my exercise ball… and rest!

I’m so thankful for my mom coming in and taking charge of the small fry for me! I’d be a basket case otherwise I’m sure! I’ve been dealing with these waves of exhaustion like nothing I’ve ever known! Wow! I slept well last night, but still spent most of the morning in a bleary eyed fog not really able to focus or feel awake. Blah! Then after lunch I simply couldn’t hold my eyes open any longer!

I remember someone, though I can’t recall who, say that babies are easier to take care of on the inside than on the outside. I agree with that entirely! HOWEVER everything else is not easier with a large baby on the inside. I’ve felt limited for quite awhile, but it’s really bad now. It’s a struggle just to move my own bulk let alone help the lads and get housework done. So while baby girl may be easier to tend to on the inside I’ll take the extra outside work any day now!! 🙂 Hee hee!

Pray for us! We’re all ready for her!
