I have another pic to post for a contest today. I heart faces is also having a Mommy theme this week. Such good choices everyone is making. 🙂 It can be a thankless job to be a mom sometimes, but when people really do think about it EVERYONE is thankful for moms!!
Anyway, this picture is more of an “outtake” actually. When my sis-in-law and her son were here for Easter we did an impromptu photo shoot. This shot happened when somehow little Aiden got an owie and needed some mommy comfort. YOU all know that feeling! Something goes wrong and the thing that seems like it would help the most is a hug or kiss from Mom. Doesn’t matter how old you are, it still happens!! Only once you get to a certain point it’s not as easy to curl up in mom’s lap for some comfort. So if you have munchkins who, like mine, seem to need that extra snuggle and hug MANY times a day, enjoy it while it lasts. Pretty soon they’ll be too big! (sniff sniff)
